Start Your Mortgage

Once you find your home, we will COMPLETE your LOAN APPLICATION, collect documents for underwriting, and go over FEES and disclosures.

Underwriting

Underwriting ASSESSES the RISK of your loan and will provide CONDITIONS. We will order your appraisal and title work, as you shop for homeowner’s insurance and gather other required documents to clear underwriting’s conditions.

Closing

Once Underwriting provides a CLEAR-TO-CLOSE. We will schedule your closing and finalize your figures with the title companies and lender. Then, CONGRATULATIONS! YOU’RE A NEW HOMEOWNER!
